The parties have since settled the dispute amicably, in terms of compromise/settlement which is exhibited as Ex. A1 it is stated that as agreed, the petitioner has transferred a sum of Rs.55,000/- in the bank account of respondent who has accepted the same as full and final settlement. Resultantly, the dispute between the parties stands settled.
Learned counsel for the complainant states that he has no objection if the complaint in question and summoning order as well as order passed by Additional Sessions Judge in Revision Petition are quashed. Accordingly, the petition is accepted. The complaint titled 'Anil Kumar versus Sukram Pal' pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Mahendergarh for offences under Sections 323, 325, 506, 166, 167, 120-B IPC and order dated 5.3.2015 passed by JMIC, Mahendergarh, judgment Parvinder Singh 2018.06.01 18:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
CRM-M No. 28180 of 2015 dated 3.7.2015 passed by Sessions Judge, Narnaul to face trial under Section 323 IPC and dismissing the Revision Petition are hereby quashed. With the result, the petitioner stands acquitted of the charge framed against him.
