**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of order dated 27.02.2024 (Annexure p-5) being wrong, illegal and against the provisions of law whereby the respondent No.2 after passing the order of removal of encroachment and despite the report of the SHO that encroachment has been removed again ordered for fresh demarcation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition in the light of the fact that order under challenge dated 27.02.2024 (Annexure P-5) has already been complied with and furnished to the Court on 05.03.2024.
