Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1(i) & 1(ii) states that the amount has since been deposited unconditionally and the e-challan generated has been handed over in Court. The same is taken on record. 2.
Learned State counsel on instructions from Sh. Suresh Kumar, Tehsildar, Bawani Khera, District Bhiwani, states that in view of the fact that the amount stands deposited unconditionally, he has instructions not to press the appeal and that they would have no objection if the attached property is released in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as not pressed. The suit land which is lying attached, be released in accordance with law.
