IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA

AT CHANDIGARH RSA No. 1659 of 2000 (O&M) DATE OF DECISION :- 09.12.2025 State Bank of India ...Appellant

Versus

Satpal Nanda and others

...Respondents

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- None for the appellant.

None for the respondents.

*** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J. (Oral) 1.

None is present on behalf of the parties. Counsels for the parties were informed through Registry of this Court but none has appeared on behalf of the parties. On the previous date counsel for the appellant has sought one adjournment to ascertain as to if something survives or not in the appeal. So, it seems that appellant is not interested in pursuing the instant appeal. 2.

In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today. 3.

Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
