Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.75 dated 6.4.2021 under Sections 302, 449 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh.

Faced with the advance stage of the trial i.e. 22 prosecution witnesses having been examined out of total 23 cited witnesses, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage.
