RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Ranjit Singh alias Jita in case FIR No.109 dated 12.06.2017 under Section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act registered at Police Station Nahianwala, District Bathinda.

On instructions from ASI Narbir Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 04.08.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
