(ORAL) The petitioners, by filing the present petition cast under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., seek grant of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No. 0342, dated 30.11.2021, for offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341 & 506 of the IPC (Section 307 of the IPC deleted and again added later on), registered at Police Station Dadri Sadar, District Charkhi Dadri.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 02.05.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions from ASI Kaptan Singh submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation in terms of orders dated 02.05.2022 and are not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, the interim order dated 02.05.2022 is made absolute. However, the petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition stands disposed of.
