SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.106 dated 10.07.2015, under Sections 354, 509, 323, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur. While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 24.08.2015:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that civil litigation was pending between the parties and due to this reason, FIR in question has been got registered against the petitioner. Notice of motion for 18.9.2015.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest,

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Learned State counsel who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Amandeep Singh and the counsel for the complainant, on the other hand, has submitted that, although, the petitioner has joined investigation but he has not disclosed the names of unknown persons.
Since, the petitioner has joined investigation and, in-fact, civil litigation is pending between the parties and the Civil Court has granted interim order in favour of the accused party and that the petitioner has joined investigation, it would be just and expedient to confirm the interim bail granted by this Court.
Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 24.08.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
