3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed in a case bearing FIR No. 9 dated 08.01.2015, under Sections 148/149/323/452/307 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Punhana, District Mewat.

On 28.05.2015 the following order was passed:- "

It is inter alia contended that the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mewat, has made incorrect observations in the order dated 08.07.2015 (Annexure P-3) rejecting the bail application filed by petitioners that the fire arm injury was caused by petitioner NO.1-Sakir whereas the perusal of FIR would show that injury with fire arm was caused by Wasim co-accused to the uncle of complainant-Idrish. It is further contended that no specific role has been attributed to the petitioners in the statements of witnesses for having caused injuries to the witnesses.

Notice of motion for 10.08.2015.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on bail by the Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioners shall abide by the conditions as enshrined in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C."

CRM-M No. 28205 of 2015 Learned AAG, on instructions from AST Deep Chand, has stated that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for custodial interrogation.

In the circumstances the order dated 24.08..2015 is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of.
