Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition to enable petitioners No. 1 and 2 to take up all the pleas available to them before the Trial Court during trial .
Dismissed as withdrawn.
However, personal appearance of petitioners No. 1 and 2 namely Radha and Reena, respectively, before the Trial Court, during trial, shall remain exempted subject to the following conditions:- i.
petitioners No. 1 and 2 shall be represented through counsel;
ii.
shall not delay/stall the trial proceedings;
iii.
shall not dispute their identity as accused;
iv.
