*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to petitioner-Sunil @ Chhina in case FIR No.51 dated 01.04.2018 registered under Section 379-A IPC at Police Station Behal, Bhiwani.

Learned State counsel submits that all prosecution witnesses have been examined and the date fixed before the trial Court is 04.09.2018 for recording of statement of defence witnesses. The trial is likely to be concluded and four more cases are pending against the petitioner. Keeping in view the stage of the trial, no ground is made out to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed.

However, the trial Court is directed to make all efforts to expedite the trial.
