This revision petition has been filed by the husband of the respondent No.1 to challenge the correctness of the order dated 23.01.2019 granting maintenance pendente lite awarded in favour of his wife and child. The Court below has directed the petitioner to pay ₹4,500/- per month towards the maintenance pendente lite after taking into account the fact that he is earning more than ₹10,000/- per month while working as a Driver and he also owns the land measuring 10 acres.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that the petitioner is working as a Driver, however, he has no regular job. He submits that the petitioner is working as a Driver on a contract basis as and when he gets the work.

On the other hand, the learned counsel representing the DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2023.12.12 10:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document respondent submits that the child is more than five years of age and is
2023:PHHC:157165 Civil Revision No. 2221 of 2019 (O&M) studying in Upper Kindergarten in Tender Feet Nursery School at Amritsar. This Court has been informed that the tuition fee of the child is approximately ₹3,000/- per month.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.
