VINOD S. BHARDWAJ , J (ORAL) Petitioner was appearing in person in the present case. Today, none has put in appearance on his behalf.
It is noticed that on the last date of hearing i.e 03.10.2024, since no one had turned up for the petitioner, notice was issued to the petitioner. As per office report, petitioner has since expired. No LRs of the petitioner have come forward to seek the claim. It appears that LRs having lost interest, may not be interested in pursuing the present petition any longer. Dismissed for non-prosecution. However, liberty is reserved to the LRs of the petitioner to seek revival of the present petition, in case any cause survives.
