Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.117 dated 12.07.2017, under Sections 323, 341, 506, 447, 379, 427, 148, 149 of the IPC, registered at P.S. City Rupnagar, District Rupnagar, along with all the consequent proceedings arising therefrom.

The issues canvassed by the learned counsel for the petitioners involve disputed question(s) of fact(s), which cannot be adjudicated by this Court in the instant proceedings launched under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., rather the same require them being adjudicated by the learned trial Court concerned, after evidence becomes adduced before it by the parties, therefore, the instant petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to raise all the pleas and claims, as raised before this Court, before the learned trial Court concerned at an appropriate stage.
