Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the speaking order was passed without affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the other persons concerned. 2.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3, on instructions from Bhupender Singh Nain, Superintendent and Satyawan, Assistant Office of DGHS, states that a fresh order would be passed after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents No.4 and 5 in the writ petition being CWP-26052-2023 within a period of one month from today.

COCP-1368-2025 (O&M) -2pointed out that vide the speaking order the services of respondent No.4 were terminated which has since been challenged in a separate writ petition wherein the termination has been stayed. Learned counsel, however, states that he would have no objection if a fresh speaking order is passed after affording all concerned an opportunity of hearing.
