In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 08.01.2021 (Annexure P-4), whereby the petitioner has been discharged from service.

At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has expired and as such, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the abovesaid submission, the present writ petition is disposed of as rendered infructuous.
