ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) By invoking Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the present petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation (Annexure P2) and to conduct a fair investigation.

Counsel for the petitioner restricts his argument only to the extent that respondent No.2 be directed to decide his representation (Annexure P2) regarding the investigation of the FIR in which he is an accused.

Heard.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director General of Police, Haryana - respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioners and dispose of the same expeditiously either by himself or through some other senior official not below the rank of Inspector General of Police within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
