 !"#  $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners Des Raj, Jagjit Singh @ Jita and Kumari Harjit Kaur @ Bhole in case FIR No.76 dated 22.07.2015 registered at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur under Section 306 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in consequence of the orders of interim bail dated 24.08.2015 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined investigations which is not RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.10.20 16:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



    controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from SI Naresh Kumar who submits that the petitioners are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of what has been stated above, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 24.08.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
