**** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance to directions to the respondents to take appropriate action on the representation submitted by the petitioner regarding the abduction of her husband namely Harbans Singh on 12.6.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that Harbans Singh, husband of the petitioner, has come back and is staying with the petitioner. Since the husband of the petitioner has come back, the prayer of the petitioner no more survives.

Dismissed as infructuous.
