PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents to protect her and her family members' life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.5 to 7.

While issuing notice of motion on 4th of August, 2017, the following order was passed :- "Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the brother of the petitioner was killed allegedly in a fake encounter in Mumbai. The police is pursuing the case. She seeks protection to her and her family members from respondent Nos.5 to 7.

Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 4 only. Mr. R.K. Makkad, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State-respondent Nos.1 to 4.

List on 20.09.2017.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner admits that pursuant thereto the petitioner has been provided security.

In view of the aforesaid fact, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition at the hands of this Court. 5.

Resultantly, the present petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
