Learned State counsel submits that investigation in the matter has been completed and petitioner has been arraigned as an accused by the investigating agency. No other ground is made out for quashing of the FIR at this stage when no evidence is available before the trial court. Dismissed.

Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to file afresh in case any cause of action arises.
