*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No.1, at the outset, submits that petitioner has since expired and, therefore, proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner states he has no such knowledge of the death of petitioner. A photocopy of death certificate has been given to him by learned counsel for respondent No.1 in course of hearing.

In the premise, petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to learned counsel for the petitioner to file an appropriate application for revival of the proceedings in case aforesaid statement is found to be incorrect.
