RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 10.

Learned State counsel filing separate affidavits of respondents No. 4 to 10 submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that there is no threat perception to the lives and liberty of the petitioners.
