**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 1 dated 3.1.2014 under Sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar.

Notice of motion was issued and petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned trial court with a direction that he shall be released by the learned trial court on its satisfaction. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 26.8.2015 passed by this Court, petitioner surrendered before the learned trial court and furnished bail bonds, which have been accepted by the learned trial court, vide order dated 1.9.2015.
