(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No.2 very fairly contends that the instant petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the accused-respondent No.2 in case FIR No. 50 dated 03.05.2015 under Sections 376 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Nangal, District Rupnagar, has been rendered infructuous since Akash Raj - respondent No.2 stands acquitted by the Court of Addl. Sessions Judge, Rupnagar. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
