The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Cr. P.C. seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.83 dated 05.11.2025, registered under Sections 109, 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 351(3), 3(5), 61(2) of the BNS, 2023 at Police Station Thulliwal, District Barnala.

Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Jaspal Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (SD), Mehal Kalan, District Barnala, dated 7.4.2026 in Court today. The same be kept on record. Copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, faced with the situation that injured- witness, namely Harwinder Singh alias Bhau, is yet to be examined as prosecution witness, seeks to withdraw the petition, at this stage.
