(ORAL) By way of present writ petition, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents to disburse the amount of compensation along with interest as assessed vide award dated 03.06.2016.

Learned State counsel submits that in the wake of a dispute relating to partition of the acquired land, the issue of apportionment arose and in terms thereof, the controversy has been referred to the Reference Court in exercise of powers under Section 3h(4) of the National Highway Act, 1956 and the matter is sub judice before the Reference Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners shall pursue their remedies before the Reference Court. 4.

Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
