Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 77 dated 1.7.2015 under Section 306, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station G.R.P. Bathinda, District Bathinda.

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 27.8.2015:- "Notice of motion for 08.10.2015.

List along with CRM-M-24584 of 21015.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioner shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."
