In view of the enquiry report of the Assistant Superintendent of Police, HQ, Sirsa, that the petitioner was found involved in the cases under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and the Excise Act and considering the fact that revision of the petitioner, against the order of dismissal of his complaint by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sirsa, has also been dismissed, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition.
