*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Niaz Mohd., Police Station Bahin, District Palwal. He states that the petitioner has furnished his affidavit that he does not hold any Passport and further no recovery is to be effected from him, therefore, he is not required for further investigation.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 4.8.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
