The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to regularize his services. The petitioner claims to be working in the government office through an outsourcing agency. The contract was terminated on 31.03.2022. Thereafter, the petitioner is no longer working in the government department. 2.

In the absence of any policy decision of the government to regularize the services of the outsourced employees, no writ can be issued. Consequently, the present writ petition is dismissed. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge March 29, 2023 "DK"
