Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking transfer of investigation of FIR No. 152 dated 6.6.2007, under Section 148, 149, 307, 323, 427, 435, 436, 452, 511, 109, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sadar Rohtak (Annexure P-10) to some independent investigating agency/Central Bureau of Investigation.

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Suresh Kumar, has submitted that after thorough investigation of the case, cancellation report has been submitted in the Court on 30.7.2009 and the same has been accepted by the Court.

Since in the present case, cancellation report has GURPREET SINGH 2015.09.04 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
