Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.424 dated 30.7.2015 under Sections 147,148,452,323,506 IPC, Model Town,Rewari,Distt.Rewari.

Petitioner is a property dealer. It transpires that petitioner through two sale deeds dated 11.6.2015 and 20.7.2015 purchased mere 16 square yards area comprising the alleged shop out of total 400 square yards of joint property owned by the co-sharers who are members of a family. Subsequently he is alleged to have executed a release deed dated 27.7.2015 in favour of his (petitioner's) wife. The dispute on the day of occurrence i.e. 30.7.2015 at around 9.30 am relates to taking forcible possession of the said shop. It is not disputed that the property till date remains joint.
