Learned counsel are ad idem that the parties though have not been able to resolve their personal dispute, however, have agreed to a coparenting plan. The mother has given a signed statement before the Counsellor that she would have no objection if the father visits the child as per his will and convenience and also to the father taking the child outdoors and that she feels it good for the betterment of the child. She has also expressed no objection to the child being taken out for an outdoor visit without her presence. The only rider which has been put by the respondentmother is that she needs to be informed about the whereabouts of the child and that she is not comfortable about the child spending nights with the father. In principle, the said arrangement has been agreed to by the father who has also signed the statement.

In view of the stand taken by both the parties, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction that the petitioner shall visit Ankur Goyal 2024.07.26 12:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CR-2010-2024 (O&M) --2-- and meet his child as decided mutually between the parties. The petitioner who is present in Court has made a request that he may be permitted to spend the entire day with the child once a week as mutually agreed between the parties. Learned counsel for the respondent states that respondent would have no objection. In view thereof, the petitioner shall meet the child, besides the arrangement as agreed upon between the parties, additionally either on Saturday or Sunday and would have the custody of the child from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The petitioner assures the Court that he would not take the child outside the limits of the Tricity and would on all days hand over the custody of the child to the respondent-mother as mutually agreed. The present arrangement is without prejudice to the rights of the parties before the Family Court. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
