AT CHANDIGARH CWP-7859-2026 Date of Decision :20.04.2026 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 24.12.2025 (Annexure P19) passed by the Ld. Commissioner, Gurugram Division (respondent No.2), whereby, the appeal filed by respondent No.5 against the order of sealing of the property was allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition, at this stage, to pursue his remedy before the concerned Municipal Authorities regarding unauthorized construction and installation of Mobile Tower on the property in question by respondent No.5 without there being any necessary permission/approval from the competent authority and also without getting the building plan sanctioned.
