LISA GILL, J.(Oral) Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in FIR No. 133 dated 14.07.2014 under Sections 323, 498-A, 406 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Nagina, Mewat. The above said FIR has been registered on the basis of statement of Smt. Rahila i.e. wife of the petitioner-Azruddin. There are specific allegations against the petitioner for causing harassment to the complainant on account of demand of dowry. Furthermore she along with a minor child aged two years is alleged to have been
Crl. Misc. No.M-2831 of 2015 subjected to physical abuse at the hands of the petitioner and other accused persons.
Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar Arnesh Kumar Arnesh Kumar Arnesh Kumar Vs.
State of Bihar and Anr, State of Bihar and Anr, State of Bihar and Anr, State of Bihar and Anr, 2014 (3) RCR (Criminal) 527. There is no averment or argument that the guidelines as laid down in the above said judgment have not been followed in the present case.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the present case, I do not deem it fit to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Petition is accordingly dismissed.
