**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioners are seeking regular bail in FIR No. 29 dated 28.4.2018 registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Panjtoor, District Moga under Sections 452, 324, 354, 506, 509, 34 IPC and Section 326 IPC added later on.

Counsel for the petitioners contends that petitioners are in custody since 27.6.2018.

State counsel informs that challan has been presented. Complainant Harjeet Kaur is present. Copy of the Aadhar Card has been placed on record. She states that compromise has been effected and she has made a statement to the police with respect to the compromise and she does not want to pursue her complaint. Counsel for the petitioners states that a petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise has also been filed which is fixed for 23.8.2018.

Crl. Misc. No. M-29293 of 2018 -2Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
