CM-5436-CII-2025 For the reasons state in the application, same is allowed. Delay of 120 days in filing the appeal is condoned, subject to all just exceptions.

FAO-1732-2025 Challenge in the present appeal is to the order dated 07.10.2024, passed by the leanred Principal Judge, (Family Court), Dera Bassi (Camp Court), SAS Nagar.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant has vehemently argued that the learned Family Court instead of granting the access to the appellant for 10 minutes every day to interact with the minor child, has allowed him to interact with the minor child HIMANSHU 2025.04.09 16:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

FAO-1732-2025 -2through Video Calling on 3rd Saturday of each month. It is further argued that even the said relief granted is being defeated by the respondent-wife, as she is not allowing the appellant any access for an interaction with the minor child.

As per the facts on record, the appellant-father is in Germany. The learned Family Court has already granted him an indulgence to have interaction with the minor child by making video call to him on 3rd Saturday of each month. However, if, the said directions are not being complied with by the respondent-wife, the appellant-husband would be at liberty to seek execution thereof before the learned Family Court.

With the aforesaid observation, the present appeal stands disposed of.
