Instant revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 21.12.2021, passed by the learned Family Court, Hisar, whereby application filed under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short "the Act"), for grant of interim maintenance, has been dismissed.

Counsel for the respondent has placed on record a copy of judgment dated 09.12.2024, passed by the learned Family Court, Hisar, to state that the petition filed under Section 9 of the Act has been accepted. 3.

In view of the above development, instant revision petition has become infructuous.

CR-1540-2022 -24.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that although while issuing notice to the respondent, this Court by order dated 28.04.2022, referred to the parties to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, but no settlement could be arrived at. He states that respondent has failed to make the payment of Rs.15,000/- towards litigation expenses as ordered by this Court. 5.

Be that as it may, as the petition has become infructuous, it is dismissed as such.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to recover the litigation expenses, if not paid so far, in accordance with law.
