(Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 439, Cr.P.C., is for grant of bail to the petitioner, Gurjit Singh @ Bhatti, son of Naib Singh @ Gurdev Singh, resident of village Teona, Police Station, Sadar, Bathinda, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 148, 302, 307, 341 and 427 read with Section 149, IPC, and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, in a case arising out of FIR No. 67, dated 23.6.2011, registered PRASHANT KAPOOR 2015.10.07 11:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-28319-2015 (O&M) at Police Station, Nathana, District Bathinda. Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that this is the fifth petition for the grant of the bail to the petitioner. The prosecution has already led its entire evidence and the case is fixed for final arguments before learned Trial Court. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this Court finds that it is the fifth petition filed by the petitioner seeking similar relief. Now, the case before learned Trial Court is at fag end. No ground for for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out. Dismissed.
