***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing impugned order dated 18.12.2018 of ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra, whereby petitioner was directed to pay 20% of the compensation amount of `22,80,000/- under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Heard.

The impugned order dated 18.12.2018 of ld.
