In the present petition, the challenge is to the impugned notice dated 03.03.2026 (Anneuxre P-2) issued by respondent No. 3 by which, the registration of the petitioner firm has been suspended with retrospective effect i.e. from 03.03.2025.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents by submitting explanation to show cause notice alongwith a further prayer that the suspension notice may be removed until the proceedings are finally decided.
