RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent no.2 to decide the representation, Annexure P-1. It is further prayed to direct respondent no.2 to further direct respondents no.3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 20.03.2023, Annexure P-1, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police,Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, to look into the representation, dated 20.03.2023, Annexure P-1, and decide the same in MEENU 2023.04.11 14:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
