This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 445 dated 07.07.2015 under Sections 4A/8 of Punjab Prohibition of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 read with section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty Act, 1960 at Police Station Nuh district Mewat.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Pawan Kumar, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated September 03, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated September 03, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
