In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dt. 24.01.2022 (Annexure P-7) passed by the Registrar, Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Chandigarh treating petitioner's application filed before the said Tribunal as a Review Application in terms of Rule 5A of the DRT (Procedure) Rules, 1993 requiring the petitioner to pay Court Fee as per Rule 7 (3) (b) of the DRT (Procedure) Rules, 1993. After perusing the said order, we are not inclined to interfere with the same having regard to the reasons assigned therein. However, the petitioner is granted four weeks from today to pay the requisite Court Fee in terms of Rule 7 (3) (b) of the DRT (Procedure) Rules, 1993, and if such payment is made within the time as aforesaid, the Registrar, Debts SURESH KUMAR 2022.04.29 17:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
