"#  $ Allegations against the petitioner Manish @ Bhandari in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.360 dated 06.09.2014 registered at Police Station Sadar Rohtak under Sections 307/34/120B IPC and Section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, are that on 06.09.2014 in the area of Police Station Sadar Rohtak, he has fired in the air with an intention to kill the complainant Parveen Hooda.

    likely to conclude in the near future, though are sought to be opposed on behalf of the State by Mr. Deepak Sabharwal, Addl. Advocate General, Haryana contending that the petitioner is facing a number of criminal cases. However, without adverting onto the merits of the case and in view of the fact that similarly placed co9accused namely Ajay and Arun have already been allowed regular bail by this Court vide orders dated 01.05.2015 and 11.08.2015 respectively, in view of principle of parity this Court is of the opinion that the present petitioner is also entitled to the same relief. Accordingly, he is ordered to be released on regular bail to the satisfaction of trial Court. The present petition stands disposed off accordingly. #  !
