Prayer in the present Criminal Revision Petition is impugning the order dated 09.01.2021 (Annexure P-1), passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, decided the appeal under Section 29 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, whereby the order dated 26.03.2019, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, was challenged.

The counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail their alternate remedy. 3.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that while deciding the appeal, the Additional Sessions Judge has not granted any relief of providing any accommodation to the petitioners.

No order has been passed which is criminal in nature, as such, in view of the order dated 30.11.2023,
