Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 392, dated 30.07.2014, under Sections 148, 149, 302, 201 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act , 1959, registered at Police Station Hodal, District Palwal. While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 25.08.2015--:- "Notice of motion for 14.09.2015.

List along with CRM-M-27536 of 2015.

In the meantime, petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court shall release the petitioners on interim bail subject to its satisfaction.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has furnished interim bail. Accordingly, interim bail furnished by the petitioner before the trial Court in pursuance to the order dated 25.08.2015, is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
