The petitioners are seeking protection to their life and liberty as they apprehend danger from the private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners are being harassed and threatened by the private respondents. He has drawn my attention to the representations dated 20.08.2018 (Annexure P-3) and 10.06.2020 (Annexure P-4) sent to the Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar (respondent No.3).

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar to consider and decide the representation dated 10.06.2020 (Annexure P-4) and take steps, if necessary, in accordance with law to ensure that no harm is caused to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of the private respondents.
