The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, directing official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents No. 4 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition as petitioner No. 1 is a married woman and there is no cogent proof of her divorce.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. 4.
